My First Bike Ride

This was before the meltdown. I liked the first 3/4 of the ride, though!

Lakeside Fun

We went to the lake last week for the annual Meet the Babies get together. This year everyone met me! I liked getting to eat my meals with Hadley. The water was a little too cold for us kiddos to swim, but I had just as much fun in the wading pool.

My First Camping Trip

I went on my first camping trip. We hiked up to a beautiful lake. This has been one of Mommy's and Aunt Katy's favorite hikes for a lot of years. They said it was a lot easier without kids on their backs!

Daddy, Uncle Joe, and Elsa took a dip to reward their efforts. The water was very cold!
For some reason, I became a messy eater when camping! Mom didn't even bother with a bib sometimes because I was already dirty from exploring the campsite.
Daddy and Uncle Joe had a little trouble setting up their tent...
...but Elsa stepped in to save the day!

I've been to two Shifty Sailors concerts now. Does that make me a groupy?

How to Beat the Heat

It was sure hot this weekend! Daddy took a break from making my bike carrier to play in my tub with me.We took a picnic to one of our favorite beaches.
The water was cold, but fun!

Moving

We moved to our new house. First we packed up my room. I liked looking in the boxes and taking things out.
I have my very own drawer in the new kitchen! Oma, remember this?

Wrapping Presents

Earlier this month I helped Mom wrap Daddy's birthday presents.

New Tricks

Shortly after learning to crawl, I found out I can now get to wherever I want to go!

So I was able to play with a fun bag I've had my eye on for a while.

And I could crawl to my shelves, pull all my books off of it, and read the one I wanted!
And this morning I learned to stand!
