This was not your ordinary Easter egg hunt. It was sponsored by several fire departments and held on an organic farm that has a one-room schoolhouse, an old firehall-turned-museum, huge barn-turned-museum for old trucks and tractors, free omlets, and hayrides to to the chicken coups. (Very impressive, after seeing Food, Inc., and then getting the opposite end of the spectrum here, Mom is going to change her cooking and purchasing habits.)
"I know there's an Easter egg hunt that's about to start, but do you see that fire truck over there?"
"Hmmmm... What's in here?"
"I think I can fit at least one more egg in this basket."
"How fast do you think this 1935 egg truck goes?"
"Finally we get to see the firetruck. We've been waiting for this all day!"
