Loving Lady Gaga

(From Nathan to Daddy) Thanks for introducing me to Lady Gaga while webcamming this morning, Daddy! I love it! Seriously, I fell asleep dancing on the second go-around of this song tonight. We aren't as good of dancers as you, but we aren't that bad.

For our fans, here's a link to our new favorite video, too.

Meet the Babies V

Meet the Babies weekend! This is always one of Mom's favorite weekends. This year was our fifth. Can you believe that Abby and Elsa were only 3 months old at MTB I?
Elsa and I are on our way to our first activity--swimming!

What fun!

Kate was the youngest baby. She's 2 1/2 months old.

We had a 4th of July parade complete with flags, balloons, and instruments!

We started out the next morning with a walk along the river.

Lovely day!

Later we had a picnic (on the softball field named for Abby's grandma) and had fun with bubbles.

The new babies--Holden (5 mos.), Kate (2 1/2 mos.), and Nathan (5 1/2 mos.). Three new babies was a tie for the record (tied with MTB I when we introduced our 2005/2006 babies). Don't you love their proud mamas?

One last swim before we went home. Mom loves that we were somewhere that we could swim comfortably in an outdoor pool at 9:00 AM!

This is what Mommy found when she got out of the shower this morning. Yes, that's a previously unopened container of frosting with not one, but TWO spoons in it next to the eggs. We had scrambled eggs for breakfast.

Portland Weekend

We took the train to Portland for a fun weekend with the R family ladies. Four generations were represented, and a good time was had by all.

Despite significant misinformation on our public transportation options, the four of us and Evan arrived at the Rose Garden in Portland's Washington Park. The beautiful roses with their wonderful aroma, and the fun we had getting there, were worth it.

Making wishes with Grandma.
Stopping to smell the roses with Liz, who was very, very good to me and let me climb all over her lap on a no-nap day. I call her Emily Elizabeth (from the Clifford series for those of you who don't have toddlers).

Sitting

Although I've only rolled over once (on May 13), I graduated to sitting yesterday! That rolling over stuff is probably overrated.
